INTEGRATED CAMPAIGN / PILOT
One idea. Different roles for each channel.
How we would prepare the launch of a repair service network, connecting mass communication, online search and the local experience.
PLEASE NOTEHypothetical scenario. The launch, infrastructure and pilot are illustrative proposals, not implemented projects or guaranteed results.
The context
We assume a company assesses and repairs certain categories of household appliances in a few cities and intends to expand the service. The public does not know exactly which products are accepted, how long the assessment takes or when a repair is not the right choice.
The company wants a national campaign. We would first check whether the service is ready for a national promise.
What has to be confirmed before we attract demand
We would document the areas covered, the categories accepted, the exclusions, the cost of the assessment, the timelines and the daily capacity. We would clarify the quoting process and the fact that an assessment does not guarantee that a repair is possible or worthwhile.
If the information differs between the call center, the website and the physical locations, we would resolve that before launch. A coherent campaign cannot make up for a service that is explained in contradictory ways.
The idea: “Before you replace it, know your options.”
The message would invite an informed decision; it would not claim that every product should be repaired. We would avoid general promises about savings or environmental benefits without evidence for the situations concerned.
The creative concept would show the moment of uncertainty: a product stops working, but the person does not know whether it is worth having it assessed. The follow-up would explain the steps and the limits of the service.
The roles of the channels
| Proposed channel | Role | What has to be true |
|---|---|---|
| TV or video with relevant reach | Introduces the idea and makes the service known. | The message’s distribution matches the areas served; the limitations are clear. |
| Online search | Answers an active need for an assessment or repair. | The ad and the page match the category and the location. |
| Website | Explains eligibility, the process, costs and scheduling. | The information is current; requests reach a prepared team. |
| Local locations and physical materials | Help the person use the service. | Hours, capacity and instructions are confirmed. |
| PR and explanatory content | Clarifies frequent questions and the context. | Claims are verifiable; editorial coverage is not guaranteed. |
We would not necessarily use every channel. If national TV mainly reaches people we cannot serve, we would consider regional or digital distribution for the pilot stage.
A pilot with rules for expanding
We would propose testing in a small number of areas where the service is stable. We would document the starting point: requests, eligible categories, appointments, capacity and response times.
Expansion would depend on conditions agreed with operations: requests can be handled, promises are kept and the commercial result is sustainable. The thresholds would be set from real data, not by inventing attractive targets for a presentation.
If volume exceeds capacity, we would reduce distribution in the affected areas or adjust scheduling. We would not keep promoting unchanged just because the ads generate demand at a good cost.
What we would compare
We would separate eligible requests, completed assessments, accepted quotes and finished jobs. We would analyze the campaign’s cost against the relevant result, not just against the forms submitted.
A comparison between areas would need attention to size, demand, competition and capacity. A before-and-after comparison could be influenced by seasonality. We would present these limits and not automatically attribute the whole change to the communication.
What the approach demonstrates
The campaign idea would stay shared, but each channel would solve a different stage. The strategy would also include the decision to postpone a channel or narrow the promise until the service can support the expansion.
NOT MORE. could define the communication architecture, the concept and the experience requirements. The company would validate capacity and technical information; specialized partners would have explicit roles in production, media and evaluation.
An integrated campaign is not present everywhere. It is coherent where it matters and backed by what the company can deliver.
