05FOCUSED SPRINTONE PRIORITY / BOUNDED SCOPE / USABLE OUTPUT

You know what needs to change. Let’s work on it.

A project of 2 to 6 weeks focused on one priority: a landing page, campaign, content system or measurement setup, for example. We agree on what to build, bring the right specialists together and deliver work your team can use.

FOCUSED PATH / NO OPEN-ENDED RETAINER

WHEN IT FITS / CLEAR ENOUGH TO NAME

One priority you can point to.

TOO BROAD TO SPRINT

“We need better marketing.”

CLEAR ENOUGH TO START
  1. 01“Our website gets traffic, but too few people contact us.”
  2. 02“Marketing says the leads are good. Sales disagrees.”
  3. 03“We are spending more, but acquisition is not scaling.”
  4. 04“We are launching something new without a clear go-to-market path.”
  5. 05“We have plenty of data, but we do not trust it.”
  6. 06“We post consistently, but do not know what it is building.”

GROWTH DIAGNOSTICIf the situation is still closer to “something is not working, but we are not sure what,” a Growth Diagnostic usually makes more sense.

If you know what deserves attention and need to find the best answer and build it, that is a Sprint.

ILLUSTRATIVE SPRINTS / EXAMPLES, NOT PACKAGES

What we can build in a Sprint.

These examples show possible scopes. We choose the deliverables, production and level of implementation for your project before agreeing on the fee.

01 / MESSAGE & WEBSITE

“The offer makes sense in a meeting. On the website, it does not.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

Positioning, message, hierarchy and journey turned into an implementation-ready structure.

02 / LANDING PAGE & FUNNEL

“We are getting people there. Too few do anything next.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

A rebuilt path from click to action, with tracking and a clear test plan.

03 / CAMPAIGN ARCHITECTURE

“Campaigns are running. Their roles are less clear.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

Channels, audiences, budgets, creative and measurement organized around the business objective.

04 / LEAD QUALITY & REPORTING

“Marketing says performance is good. Sales disagrees.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

Acquisition, CRM and sales data connected around useful demand.

05 / SOCIAL COMMUNICATION

“We post consistently. We are not sure what we are building.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

A clear role for social, ownable ideas and a repeatable content system.

06 / TRACKING & MEASUREMENT

“We have data. We do not trust it enough to decide.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

Definitions, repaired gaps, QA and a decision-ready measurement system.

07 / EMAIL & RETARGETING

“People show interest once. Then we mostly leave them alone.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

Lifecycle journeys that continue the conversation after the first signal.

08 / CREATIVE TESTING

“We need to learn what works, not simply make more ads.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

Hypotheses, meaningful variations, testing logic and decisions based on evidence.

09 / SALES FOLLOW-UP

“The leads arrive. What happens next depends on who picks them up.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

A clearer handover, response rhythm, messaging and feedback loop.

10 / LAUNCH SPRINT

“Something new is ready. The pieces need to work together.”

WHAT YOU WOULD RECEIVE

Message, journey, creative, acquisition and measurement built around one launch.

THESE ARE STARTING SHAPES, NOT PREBUILT PACKAGES.

THE SPRINT OPERATING PATH

Short stages. Visible decisions. A clear finish line.

  1. 01 / 05

    Frame

We define the problem, baseline, desired outcome, hypothesis, non-goals, responsibilities and end condition.

  2. 02 / 05

    Explore & choose

We build real alternatives with trade-offs, then choose a direction using the objective, evidence and constraints.

  3. 03 / 05

    Build

We write, design, configure or develop the agreed assets and implementation, with review points built into the calendar.

  4. 04 / 05

    Validate

We check meaning, experience, technical behavior, measurement, accessibility and relevant commercial or legal risks.

  5. 05 / 05

    Launch or hand-off

We hand over the assets and the system, name the owners, and explain the operating logic and the signals to watch.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH / THREE CONDITIONS

What you receive at delivery.

01 / 03

The chosen direction

The brief, rationale and agreed scope, so the team knows what the work is meant to achieve.

02 / 03

Something built and usable

The agreed copy, creative, pages, configuration or system, checked against the project requirements.

03 / 03

A practical handover

Files, instructions, access where relevant, owners and the next checks. The proposal defines any support after delivery.

Not “we delivered.” Something useful changed hands.

FOCUS NEEDS BOUNDARIES

A defined scope keeps the project moving.

We reserve the time and specialists for the agreed priority. If the scope changes, we agree on the effect on delivery, timing and cost.

WHAT KEEPS THE SPRINT MOVING

  • One important problem
  • A defined outcome and end condition
  • Access to the relevant context
  • A decision-maker at the right moments
  • Timely, honest feedback

WHAT WE CONTROL ACTIVELY

  • New problems do not enter silently
  • Scope changes become new decisions
  • Non-goals stay visible
  • A partnership is never an automatic extension
  • Activity never replaces the outcome

If another problem appears, we decide together whether it changes the Sprint or should wait until later.

WHEN THE SPRINT ENDS

Decide what happens after the handover.

The work may stay with your team. We may find another defined priority. Or the business may need continuity across several connected areas. Each can be the right outcome.

  1. 01Your team owns itThe asset or system is ready and the internal owner carries it forward.
  2. 02Another sprintA different priority is clear enough to deserve its own scope.
  3. 03Growth PartnershipSeveral connected decisions now need ongoing ownership.
  4. 04Stop hereThe problem is solved well enough. No more work is needed for now.

We choose a next step only when it adds clear value.

BEFORE WE START / EXPECTATION DESIGN

The work is scoped before the clock starts.

You will know what the Sprint is solving, what it includes, what it costs and what a responsible finish looks like. Narrow Sprints can start at €3,500 per project. VAT is currently not applicable. Complexity, specialist input, production and implementation can increase the fixed project fee, which we agree on before work begins.

Typically 2-6 weeks / from €3,500 per project

  2. 02What a good enough outcome looks like
  3. 03Who decides and how quickly
  4. 04What NOT MORE., the client and third parties each own
  5. 05What is explicitly out of scope
  6. 06What evidence tells us to keep, change or stop the direction

START HERE / TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

What would you like us to build or improve?

A few sentences about what you’d like to build or improve are enough to begin. Share any relevant work or deadlines. We can clarify the scope together, then agree on deliverables, responsibilities and a fixed project fee before starting.

Discuss your project

If the situation needs more clarity, or a simpler answer, we will say so and explain why.
