Executive answer
What we believe is happening, why it matters and how confident the evidence allows us to be.
We review the relevant marketing, website and sales evidence, and speak with your team. You receive a 90-Day Growth Map with findings, priorities and the next steps to put them into practice.
POSSIBLE ANSWERS / NOT YET A DIAGNOSIS
Useful when the business needs to choose between several explanations or investments.
Or there are simply too many plausible improvements and one investment decision needs to come first.
We agree on which parts of the business to examine: the offer, campaigns, website, CRM, sales follow-up, retention or the economics of acquisition.
We review the relevant work and data, then discuss the findings with the people involved. Gaps and assumptions stay visible in the conclusions.
The result is a recommendation you can trace back to its evidence.
Every business requires a different depth of investigation. These five questions help us see how the pieces fit together.
We look at the proposition, relevance, differentiation and whether the message reflects what customers genuinely care about.
We follow how people discover you, where they hesitate or disappear, and what happens after a lead or sale enters the business.
We establish which numbers can be trusted, where measurement is incomplete and what is still only an assumption.
We examine cost, quality, margin, capacity, retention and where more volume could amplify an existing problem.
We decide what to fix, build, improve, scale or test. We also decide what can safely wait.
The point of the system is simple: A clearer decision.
We start by understanding the objective, numbers, customers, history and constraints, and the questions the Diagnostic needs to answer.
Leadership, marketing, sales, product, customer service or others who see the business from different angles.
We inspect only the parts that can teach us something useful: message, website, acquisition, creative, data, CRM, sales, retention or economics.
We keep facts, strong signals and hypotheses separate, then identify the constraints and dependencies that matter most.
We test the explanation against the context you hold and resolve differences before turning findings into priorities.
You leave with a sequence: what happens first, who owns it, what we expect to learn and what could change the direction.
ALONG THE WAYSomething we believed on day three may look different by day ten. That is useful. The Diagnostic is designed for learning.
A working document your team can use to organize implementation and review progress.
What we believe is happening, why it matters and how confident the evidence allows us to be.
Message, journey, signal, commercial reality and the decision they point toward.
What we know, what we believe and what we still need to learn.
What we do, what we deliberately do not do yet and what would change the conclusion.
Your team, us or another specialist, plus the conditions each priority needs.
The measurements and review points that show whether the direction is working.
The findings and Growth Map remain with you. We agree on the documentation and handover needed by the team taking the plan forward, whether yours, ours or another partner’s. Together, we choose the next step around the work and resources available.
We recommend the path we genuinely believe makes sense.
The proposal defines the handover and any follow-up included. Further implementation, monitoring or ongoing support is agreed separately.
Most Growth Diagnostics take between 10 and 25 business days.
The Diagnostic is priced as one defined project, not as a monthly retainer. VAT is currently not applicable. The final fee depends on the size and complexity of the business, the markets involved, the stakeholders, the available data and what we need to investigate.
You don’t need to have the cause worked out. Tell us what you’re noticing and what you’d like to change. We can discuss whether a Diagnostic would help and what we would need to investigate. Access, scope and fees are agreed before work begins.
Discuss a diagnosticEvery submission is read by a person. If another direction looks more useful, we will explain that too.
