For six years in financial audit at PwC, I learned not to trust a number until I could trace it back to its source. SOX controls and IFRS reporting made that discipline part of how I think.
That discipline stayed with me when I moved into entrepreneurship and marketing. Before NOT MORE., I co-founded a digital agency and ran it as managing director. I built its foundations, coordinated the team and was involved in every project and service: strategy, communication, campaigns, creative work, websites, technology and analytics, from the first conversation through to delivery.
Agency work brought me close to the practical realities behind a brief: budgets, sales conversations, team capacity and the decisions a business has to live with. As an entrepreneur, I understood that a campaign, a website and a sales process all affect the same business, even when different people are responsible for each.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in the question before the brief. When someone asked for more leads, a new website or another campaign, how had we decided that was the right next step? Sometimes it was. Understanding why made the work more useful and the priorities clearer.
NOT MORE. grew out of that experience. I wanted to build a studio where understanding the business, choosing a direction and doing the work stay connected. Our team brings strategic, creative and technical expertise together around what the project needs.
As founder, I stay involved in the wider vision, strategy and creative direction. Our specialists and trusted partners take responsibility for their areas of the work. We can deliver directly, work alongside a client’s team or collaborate with an existing agency, with clear roles for everyone involved.
