COMMON GROUND

Sustainability that moves from plans to places.

A warm editorial identity for a sustainability implementation consultancy: burgundy, peach, lavender and regenerated brick buildings.

COMMON GROUND · Shared ambition. Real action.
01THE PROPOSED CONTEXT

Shared ambition. Real action.

For whom
Companies and property owners who have sustainability goals and need help turning them into practical projects.
The proposed objective
Position the consultancy as practical and collaborative, and lead interest toward a project conversation.

INDEPENDENT CONCEPTThese are demonstration concepts for fictional brands, not campaigns created for clients. They explore simple creative ideas, messages and promotional formats adapted to different industries and platforms. The visuals were generated with AI under the creative direction of the NOT MORE. team.

THE CENTRAL IDEA

“Shared ambition. Real action.” is about the work between a strategy and a finished space. Two overlapping planes form the symbol: different perspectives meeting on common ground.

THE VISUAL REASONING

Deep burgundy, peach, cream and lavender. Expressive editorial serif headlines, a precise sans and documentary-style imagery of workshops, reused materials and renovated buildings keep the brand human and grounded, avoiding green clichés.

02ONE IDEA, DIFFERENT CONTEXTS

The message adapts to where it appears.

Four key visuals present a regenerated site, implementation, people at work and a typographic manifesto. Ads alternate strategy and implementation, and a report book, an outdoor poster, a brochure, a workshop kit and a project handover pack show the method in use.

ANOTHER DIRECTION WITHIN THE SAME WORLD

The typographic manifesto

“Build change into your business.” carries the campaign with type, color and the two overlapping planes alone, for formats where a photograph would say too much.

03AFTER THE FIRST ENCOUNTER

Interest needs a next step.

The website mockups present strategy, implementation and projects, and lead to a contact page. A real consultancy would need to confirm services and project references; the projects shown are illustrative and include no measured environmental outcomes.

CONTENT THAT CONNECTS

Nine posts. Different roles.

Nine posts alternate materials, workshops, site visits and typographic statements. The grid reads like a project journal.

An editorial selection: each post contributes to the story. The visual order is not a publishing schedule.

04INSIDE THE CONCEPT

One challenge. Different visual answers.

These explorations show how tone, message and composition can change. A creative direction proposes a point of view; an adaptation takes it into another placement. Compare the options and notice what stays recognizable from one material to another.

05WHAT WE WOULD TEST

From creative direction to questions we can test.

01

Strategy or implementation?

Compare interest in strategic advice with interest in practical projects.

02

Materials as proof of method

Check whether images of reused materials explain the approach better than abstract statements.

03

Ready to start

Track whether contact requests describe a concrete site or project.

HYPOTHESESThese are evaluation hypotheses for a real implementation. The concept has no measured commercial results.
