City living, with a garden in between.
An editorial identity for a fictional Bucharest apartment development: warm brick, planted terraces and shared courtyards.

They explore simple creative ideas, messages and promotional formats adapted to different industries and platforms. The visuals were generated with AI under the creative direction of the NOT MORE. team.
“Room for life to unfold.” sells space for everyday life rather than square meters. Gardens, terraces and courtyards appear in every image, and botanical hairlines give the identity a gentle signature.
Forest green, terracotta, ivory and pale sky. A refined editorial serif with a functional sans, warm natural daylight and consistent five-story architecture with planted terraces make the development feel real and lived in.
Four key visuals present the building, its details, an interior and a typographic statement. Feed and story ads focus on mornings, terraces and arriving home, and a bus shelter poster, a billboard, a brochure and a welcome pack follow the buyer journey.
“Find your everyday escape.” carries the campaign with type, color and botanical linework alone, for formats where a photograph would say too much.
The website mockups lead from the homes and the architecture to a viewing page and a residence detail page. A real developer would need to confirm plans, permits, availability and prices; the buildings are generated architecture.
These explorations show how tone, message and composition can change. A creative direction proposes a point of view; an adaptation takes it into another placement. Compare the options and notice what stays recognizable from one material to another.
“Room for life to unfold.” follows everyday life between terraces, gardens and warm brick façades.
