RELAYGRID

From your store to their door.

A fulfillment and warehousing partner for online stores, with a warm modular identity built from parcels and connection points.

RELAYGRID · Every order. A connected journey.
01THE PROPOSED CONTEXT

Every order. A connected journey.

For whom
Growing online stores that want to hand over storage, packing and returns without losing care for their customers.
The proposed objective
Make outsourced fulfillment feel approachable and lead interest to a first conversation.

INDEPENDENT CONCEPTThese are demonstration concepts for fictional brands, not campaigns created for clients. They explore simple creative ideas, messages and promotional formats adapted to different industries and platforms. The visuals were generated with AI under the creative direction of the NOT MORE. team.

THE CENTRAL IDEA

“Every order. A connected journey.” shows fulfillment as a chain of careful handovers. Rounded modules and dotted connectors suggest links between the store, the warehouse and the customer, without pretending to show real routes or data.

THE VISUAL REASONING

Petrol, mint, tangerine and warm white. Big friendly type, rounded shapes and realistic warehouse imagery make logistics feel human and organized.

02ONE IDEA, DIFFERENT CONTEXTS

The message adapts to where it appears.

Module, warehouse and packing key visuals set the story. Feed and story formats alternate the parcel, the people and the process. The billboard and citylight keep one line and the modules.

ANOTHER DIRECTION WITHIN THE SAME WORLD

The warehouse

“Make room for what’s next.” shows a bright warehouse and the people in it, for stores that need space to grow.

03AFTER THE FIRST ENCOUNTER

Interest needs a next step.

The website, services page, mobile inquiry and client portal mockups lead from the offer to a conversation. Volumes, integrations and terms would be agreed for each store; the portal shown is a demo without live data.

CONTENT THAT CONNECTS

Nine posts. Different roles.

Nine posts alternate modules, typography, packing, people, the brand, parcels and the warehouse aisle. The grid is ordered, colorful and calm.

An editorial selection: each post contributes to the story. The visual order is not a publishing schedule.

04INSIDE THE CONCEPT

One challenge. Different visual answers.

These explorations show how tone, message and composition can change. A creative direction proposes a point of view; an adaptation takes it into another placement. Compare the options and notice what stays recognizable from one material to another.

05WHAT WE WOULD TEST

From creative direction to questions we can test.

01

Care or capacity?

Compare messages about careful packing with messages about scale and speed.

02

Who gets in touch?

Track the size and category of stores that send an inquiry.

03

The portal

Check whether showing the client portal increases trust in later conversations.

HYPOTHESESThese are evaluation hypotheses for a real implementation. The concept has no measured commercial results.
