SECOND SET

A second life in sound.

A pre-owned hi-fi shop that sells culture and careful selection instead of discounts, in electric orange, charcoal and aluminum.

SECOND SET · Great sound. Another round.
01THE PROPOSED CONTEXT

Great sound. Another round.

For whom
Design-conscious music listeners exploring pre-owned audio equipment; cafés and studios as a second audience.
The proposed objective
Make pre-owned equipment feel desirable rather than cheap and lead interest toward a conversation about a specific piece and its condition.

INDEPENDENT CONCEPTThese are demonstration concepts for fictional brands, not campaigns created for clients. They explore simple creative ideas, messages and promotional formats adapted to different industries and platforms. The visuals were generated with AI under the creative direction of the NOT MORE. team.

THE CENTRAL IDEA

“Great sound. Another round.” gives good equipment a new listening context. Instead of talking about price, the campaign talks about the album, the room and the pleasure of a dial that turns just right.

THE VISUAL REASONING

Electric orange, charcoal, bone and brushed aluminum. Condensed headlines, offset rings that recall the grooves of a record and warm analog product photography give the shop the energy of a record store and the care of a workshop.

02ONE IDEA, DIFFERENT CONTEXTS

The message adapts to where it appears.

Three key visuals present a full setup, a turntable and an amplifier. Feed and story ads each focus on one category, from speakers to turntables, and a billboard and a citylight bring the orange into the street. A shipping box, a condition card, a listening card, a tote, a record sleeve, a listening room and a shop window show the brand in use.

03AFTER THE FIRST ENCOUNTER

Interest needs a next step.

The website mockups move from the homepage to a product page with overview, condition and details tabs, and an inquiry page that asks about the room, the source and priorities. A real shop would need to supply and check inventory, condition, service history, warranties and prices; the equipment shown is illustrative.

CONTENT THAT CONNECTS

Nine posts. Different roles.

Nine posts alternate statements, details, listening rooms and the ring symbol. The grid reads like a record collection, and each post works on its own.

An editorial selection: each post contributes to the story. The visual order is not a publishing schedule.

04INSIDE THE CONCEPT

From the idea to each application.

These explorations show how tone, message and composition can change. A creative direction proposes a point of view; an adaptation takes it into another placement. Compare the options and notice what stays recognizable from one material to another.

Every material, by role.

Distinct compositions and placement variants are collected here. Identical copies and equivalent exports are grouped as one visual.

05WHAT WE WOULD TEST

From creative direction to questions we can test.

01

Culture or equipment?

Compare ads about listening moments with ads that show a single piece of equipment.

02

Condition as a reason to ask

Check whether visible condition and service notes lead to more inquiries than a price alone.

03

A setup or a piece?

Track whether the setup questionnaire leads to more complete inquiries than individual product pages.

HYPOTHESESThese are evaluation hypotheses for a real implementation. The concept has no measured commercial results.
