STILLRIDGE

Privacy, presented with restraint.

A quiet luxury identity for a fictional development of detached villas near Bucharest: limestone, bronze glass and private gardens.

STILLRIDGE · A world of your own.
01THE PROPOSED CONTEXT

A world of your own.

For whom
Families and buyers considering a detached home who value privacy, architecture and a calm everyday rhythm.
The proposed objective
Present the homes with the confidence of the architecture and turn interest into a request for a private viewing.

INDEPENDENT CONCEPTThese are demonstration concepts for fictional brands, not campaigns created for clients. They explore simple creative ideas, messages and promotional formats adapted to different industries and platforms. The visuals were generated with AI under the creative direction of the NOT MORE. team.

THE CENTRAL IDEA

“A world of your own.” is the promise of privacy without isolation. The stepped horizontal emblem echoes the cantilevered floors, and midnight panels give every image a quiet frame.

THE VISUAL REASONING

Midnight blue, champagne, limestone and charcoal. Widely tracked capitals, an elegant restrained serif and warm golden or blue hour photography let the architecture lead, with very few words on each layout.

02ONE IDEA, DIFFERENT CONTEXTS

The message adapts to where it appears.

Four key visuals present the villa, its details, the living space and a typographic statement. Feed and story ads focus on morning, garden and arrival moments, while a bus shelter, a billboard and entrance signage show the brand on site.

ANOTHER DIRECTION WITHIN THE SAME WORLD

The typographic manifesto

“Privacy, beautifully considered.” carries the campaign with type, color and the stepped emblem alone, for formats where a photograph would say too much.

03AFTER THE FIRST ENCOUNTER

Interest needs a next step.

The website and viewing page mockups move from the homes to architecture, interiors and a request for a visit. A real developer would need to confirm plans, permits, availability and prices; the villas are generated architecture.

CONTENT THAT CONNECTS

Nine posts. Different roles.

Nine posts alternate exteriors, interiors, details and gatherings around the table. The grid reads like an architecture book about one place.

An editorial selection: each post contributes to the story. The visual order is not a publishing schedule.

04INSIDE THE CONCEPT

One challenge. Different visual answers.

These explorations show how tone, message and composition can change. A creative direction proposes a point of view; an adaptation takes it into another placement. Compare the options and notice what stays recognizable from one material to another.

05WHAT WE WOULD TEST

From creative direction to questions we can test.

01

Architecture or life?

Compare images led by the building with images led by everyday moments at home.

02

Who requests a viewing

Check whether viewing requests match the profile of buyers the project is designed for.

03

Fewer words

Test whether very short headlines keep enough information to start a conversation.

HYPOTHESESThese are evaluation hypotheses for a real implementation. The concept has no measured commercial results.
