Meta Ads, May 1-October 31, 2026; seven-day click or one-day view attribution. Reported leads are not contracts. Approximate website inquiry volume and qualification are based on operational information. The two volumes may overlap and are not added together.
The category context
Choosing an event venue brings personal preference together with practical requirements. People imagine their occasion, then consider whether the setting fits their date, guest count and event plans. Visual interest opens the conversation; suitability is established through questions, a visit and a proposal.
For a venue such as Moonfields, architecture, the garden and event styling play a direct role in presenting the experience. They allow prospective clients to form an impression before visiting. Communication can support that exploration through complementary perspectives: the overall setting, styling details and moments that show the space in use.
This also explains the campaign objective. A relevant inquiry can begin a commercial process that continues with availability checks and a discussion of event requirements. Inquiry volume and relevance confirmed through contact provide useful marketing indicators. A signed contract also depends on the stages that follow.
From the setting to an intention to get in touch
The project’s materials support a presentation in three sequences. Exterior views show the architecture in relation to water and planting. Table settings bring attention to details. Ceremony scenes and people place the venue within an experience.
Each perspective explains a different aspect of the same offer. A wide view establishes the location, a detail communicates atmosphere, and a ceremony scene can help someone imagine their own occasion. These are editorial roles for the selection, rather than claims about individual creative performance without ad-level reporting.
Photography and video provide different ways to explore the setting. Short messages and an invitation to make contact establish a clear next step. The venue’s details remain the substance of the communication, while the message connects them with an invitation to request information.
A decision across several touchpoints
One possible journey starts with an ad and continues with a website visit, a conversation with a partner or a later search for the venue’s name. This is a plausible evaluation scenario, rather than an individual journey demonstrated by the available data.
Prospecting and retargeting have complementary roles here: one supports discovery, while the other allows communication to return to people who have shown interest. Organic content and recommendations can contribute to the same decision.
The approximately 500 website inquiries therefore provide commercial context, but cannot automatically be added to the 362 leads attributed by Meta. Advertising may contribute to direct return visits or branded searches. That possibility deserves explanation without being presented as complete attribution.
Supporting discovery and return visits
Meta was the only paid channel during the period analyzed. Organic communication and word of mouth provided additional exposure.
The campaign structure included prospecting and retargeting. Prospecting supports discovery; retargeting brings the venue back into consideration for people who have shown interest. Messaging and materials were adapted to the audience defined for the project.
This reflects a decision that takes time. Someone may see an ad, discuss the venue with a partner and return later for details. Communication needs to support those different moments.
Letting the venue lead the creative
The materials use three complementary perspectives. Wide views establish the venue and its natural setting. Styling details communicate atmosphere. People and ceremony scenes help viewers imagine their own occasion.
Photography and video were accompanied by short messages and direct invitations to get in touch. Romanian and English variants share a central idea: the experience of a memorable event.
Feed and Stories examples show how compositions were prepared for different contexts. The identity and next action remain visible while the imagery takes the lead.
More reported inquiries at a similar level of spend
Across six months, Meta reported 362 leads, an average of about 60 per month, at an average cost of RON 61 per lead.
Spend stayed at a similar level from month to month. In May and June, the average was about 38 leads per month at almost RON 98 per lead.
From July to October, the average rose to almost 72 leads per month, at RON 51.42 per lead. The figures show a higher reported volume and lower cost during that part of the period, without a comparable increase in spend.
The influence of advertising can extend beyond the click
The website received approximately 500 inquiries during the same period, according to operational information supplied for the project.
This adds context to the overall demand. Someone may discover the venue through an ad and submit an inquiry after a Google search or a direct return visit. The channel of the final visit can differ from the source of the initial interest.
Meta’s role should also be considered through this potential contribution to discovery and return visits. The available reports do not quantify the indirect contribution precisely, and website inquiries may overlap with leads attributed by the platform.
Relevance is confirmed through contact
Operational feedback indicates that the people contacted and validated had a real event-planning need. This is the qualification criterion used for the project.
The campaigns therefore supported the start of relevant conversations for the venue. Availability, viewings, proposals and contracts are subsequent commercial stages influenced by additional factors.
Marketing evaluation benefits from considering inquiry volume alongside relevance confirmed through contact. Together, they provide a more useful basis for decisions than interaction counts alone.
What the project shows
Moonfields demonstrates the relationship between recognizable creative, paid distribution and an accessible route to contact. The materials present the experience, while campaigns support discovery and reconsideration.
The documented outcome is a flow of Meta-attributed leads, averaging almost 72 inquiries per month during the last four months analyzed. Website inquiries and qualification feedback add context to the commercial picture.
