MESSAGE / B2B SERVICES

Your offer is good. Does the first image make it clear?

How we would connect the ad, landing page, and sales conversation for a complex B2B service.

PLEASE NOTEConceptual scenario. The company, messages, and situations are fictional. No client results are presented.

01 / The situation

The situation we would examine

A commercial property maintenance provider offers scheduled inspections, service visits, and reporting for property managers. Inquiries arrive, but some people want home repairs, while others assume immediate service or nationwide coverage. The team repeats the same clarifications before assessing a request.

We assume the company serves a defined area and has a viable planned maintenance service. We do not assume clearer messaging alone is sufficient for growth. Price, capacity, and contract terms also need review.

02 / The assumptions

What we know, believe, and need to learn

In this scenario, the approved offer covers commercial properties in Bucharest and Ilfov. Emergency service has separate conditions. These are fictional premises, not observations from a real account.

Our working hypothesis is that current messages allow different interpretations. We need to learn whether confusion starts in the ad, whether the page omits information, or whether the campaign audience has different needs.

We would distinguish service mismatch, geographic mismatch, timing expectations, price, and unavailable capacity. A single label such as “poor lead” would hide different decisions.

03 / Investigation

What we would investigate

We would follow the journey from the asset seen through the inquiry and the team’s response. We would examine sales language, recurring questions, service terms, and visited pages. We would also speak with people who fit the audience but do not know the offer.

We would show materials in context and ask people to explain, in their own words, what is offered, to whom, where, and what happens after an inquiry. Questions would avoid suggesting the answer. Visual preference would remain separate from service comprehension.

04 / The concept

The proposed concept

We would build the message around planned maintenance for commercial property managers. The first image would identify the service. The page would explain what it includes, what requires assessment, and how the next step is agreed.

Essential conditions would be visible before submission. Photography and examples would show the type of property served. Residential imagery could introduce the same confusion the text is intended to resolve.

INTERACTIVE EXAMPLE

What does each touchpoint explain?

Compare broad and specific wording for the same fictional service. Neither version is a tested winner. Ask what the reader understands: what, for whom, where, and what comes next.

Fictional data and situations.A local demonstration, without client results. Your choices do not send data, inquiries, or bookings.

Broad wording

First image

Integrated solutions for better properties.

Specific wording

Planned maintenance for your commercial property.

What needs checking

Can the reader identify the service and type of property? The image does not have to explain every contract condition.

Read all variations

First image

Broad wording: Integrated solutions for better properties.

Specific wording: Planned maintenance for your commercial property.

Check: Can the reader identify the service and type of property? The image does not have to explain every contract condition.

Service page

Broad wording: Everything your property needs, in one place.

Specific wording: For commercial property managers in Bucharest and Ilfov. Scheduled inspections, service visits, and reporting. Emergency service has separate conditions.

Check: Are the audience, coverage, and service boundaries visible before someone submits an inquiry?

Sales response

Broad wording: Send us your details and we will find the best solution.

Specific wording: Where is the property, what type is it, and what work is needed? We assess fit, agree on the scope, and then propose a maintenance plan.

Check: Does the customer know which information is needed and what the team will do next? The response must match the ad and page.

05 / What we build

What we would build

We would deliver an approved offer statement, a message hierarchy, and variants adapted to each placement. We would build or adjust the service page, form, and confirmation message. The sales team would receive the same definitions and the questions needed for an initial assessment.

Reporting would preserve inquiry source and the reasons a request can or cannot be accepted. We would document who updates the offer when coverage or capacity changes. NOT MORE. can lead the agreed direction and execution; the client validates what the service can promise.

06 / Evaluation

How we would test and measure

We would start with comprehension research, then a bounded campaign test. To evaluate a headline, we would keep other conditions as stable as possible and agree on timing and decision rules in advance. Available budget and volume determine how conclusive the test can be.

How we would test and measure
IndicatorWhat it tells us
Offer comprehensionHow many research participants correctly describe the service and essential conditions.
Eligible inquiriesRequests that meet the agreed commercial and operational criteria.
Cost per eligible inquiryCampaign cost divided by eligible inquiries in the observed period.
Clarification effortTime the team needs before it can assess a request.
Commercial progressAssessments, quotes, and contracts, allowing for delays between stages.

Clicks can help diagnose the journey, while the commercial criterion also includes fit. Fewer inquiries may be acceptable if they are more useful and the total cost remains justified. That is a possible result to evaluate, not a promise.

07 / What could change

What could change the recommendation

If people understand the offer but reject its price or conditions, we would revisit the offer and audience. If the company cannot accept suitable requests, capacity becomes the priority. If the same message works only for one segment, we would differentiate the experience without fragmenting the campaign unnecessarily.

What should a prospective customer understand before sending an inquiry?
