Service explained / Measurement, analysis & conversion

Data you can use for the next decision.

Measurement, analysis and conversion improvement, from defining an event to interpreting the result and implementing a change.

A dashboard can be full while the business question remains unanswered. We begin with the decision you need to make, check what the data describes and build the measurement or analysis required.

When it can help

When reports disagree, the meaning of a conversion is unclear, budgets rest on insufficient indicators or the buying journey has problems. We can check one implementation or organize measurement across several components.

What we agree before choosing tools

We define actions, sources, measures and comparable periods. We connect the technical signal to the result in the form, order or CRM. We clarify what can be observed, what is estimated and what remains unknown. Tool selection follows these requirements. We define what needs to be measured, implement the agreed tracking and integrations, and check the quality of the data. We design tests around clear questions and the volume available, then turn the findings into practical changes. Reporting explains what the evidence supports, what remains uncertain and what to do next.

What we can deliver

  • A measurement plan and documentation of events and measures.
  • Configuration and integrations, including server-side components where appropriate and approved.
  • Checks on triggering, errors, duplication and data-use conditions.
  • Reports or dashboards with definitions and explanations.
  • Journey analysis, improvement hypotheses and tests proportionate to the available data.
  • Implementation of content, design or technology changes included in the project.

CRO is the work of improving conversion, using a definition that matters to the business. Not every observed difference is caused by the tested change, and not every project has the volume needed for a conclusive experiment.

An example of a useful outcome

In a hypothetical situation, a report counts button clicks while the team needs saved inquiries. We could correct the definition and implementation, test confirmation and document limitations. The report becomes more useful for the decision. A change in the reported number should not automatically be presented as a rise or fall in actual demand.

How we share responsibility

The client confirms the commercial meaning of data, access and decisions about its use. We build and check the agreed implementation. We work with technical and data protection owners on relevant dependencies. Server-side measurement is not presented as a way around consent or limits on observation.

What follows verification

We hand over definitions, tests and responsibilities. If monitoring is included, we agree alerts, checks and reporting frequency. Analysis leads to an explained next step: retain, correct, test or request further information.

How we can fit into your project

You can request analysis and recommendations for your existing team to implement, or entrust implementation and verification to us. We can support an advertising agency or developer with a defined measurement component. Access, change approval and responsibility for reports are agreed together.
