A first-aid training provider

One brand. Two ways to attract course participants.

Companies seeking employee training and people choosing an individual course have different questions and buying journeys. This engagement treated the two audiences separately.

THE WORK AT A GLANCE

  1. 01 / COMPANIESQuote requests through Google
  2. 02 / INDIVIDUALSCourse promotion by city
  3. 03 / CONTENTVideo and time to enroll
The objective
Attract company training inquiries and individual course enrollments.
Our team’s contribution
  • Google campaigns for company training inquiries
  • Meta campaigns adapted by city and course type
  • Testing channels, video content and promotion timing
What matters in evaluation
For companies: the inquiry, contact quality and proposal progress. For individuals: enrollment in the advertised course and date.
01

Why we separated the audiences

The provider offered courses to companies and individuals. For companies, advertising needed to reach the person organizing employee training and generate a quote request.

For individuals, the decision depended on location, course type and date. A single campaign with the same message would not serve both situations equally well.

02

How we approached company inquiries

Google campaigns focused on relevant searches for employee first-aid training. Messages addressed the decision-maker, and the intended action was submitting a quote-request form.

Form measurement included server-side tracking, which handles part of the transmission of tracked-event data through a server.

LinkedIn advertising was also tested. For this client, its cost and results did not justify continued paid investment. LinkedIn remained an organic communication channel, using content without advertising spend.

03

What we learned after the quote request

The client confirmed that inquiries were genuine, but some did not become contracts. According to commercial feedback during the engagement, price and final negotiations were among the reasons.

This made it necessary to distinguish an inquiry from a completed sale. It does not prove every contact was suitable or that advertising had no further room for improvement.

Marketing decisions also needed information about what happened after the form. More inquiries do not automatically resolve difficulties in quoting or negotiation.

04

How we promoted individual courses

For individuals, promotion centered on Meta, with campaigns organized by city and interest-based audiences. Communication accounted for three course types: essential, advanced and pediatric.

This structure connected the message to the course available in each location. It was also used to promote courses in new cities.

A pediatric course and an advanced course serve different needs. The presentation needed to help people understand which option was relevant to them.

05

Two concrete adjustments

Promotion started at least seven days before the course, compared with the previous four-day window. Starting before the weekend reflected the observation that enrollments were concentrated during that period.

Focused explainer videos replaced generic banners to present the course offer more clearly.

These were decisions made in this client’s context. They are not a universal rule about the number of days or creative format that will work for every course.

06

What the implementation made possible

The organization had two distinct advertising approaches. For companies, quote requests could be tracked and interpreted alongside sales feedback. For individuals, promotion was organized around the city, course type and enrollment calendar.

This structure supported different decisions for different problems: a company inquiry lost during negotiation needs a different investigation from an individual course promoted too late. The schedule was adjusted and explanatory videos replaced generic banners.

These are documented implementation changes. This account does not attribute a percentage increase in enrollments or revenue to the project without a verified comparison.
